A chance meeting in Spain between Malian guitarist Vieux Farka Toure and Israeli pianist/composer Idan Raichel led to one of this year’s most surprising and infectious world music releases. Now, they bring their blend of West African, Middle Eastern, Caribbean, and rock sounds to our New York studio for a live performance.
